What qualifies for a correction

  • Broken or misleading citations.
  • Material wording that changes the meaning of a recommendation or rule.

How to report an issue

How we update pages

  • We verify the issue against current source material.
  • We update the page copy, citations, or metadata as needed.
  • When the change is material, we refresh the page’s review date.
